Used Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products Texas Beef Rub and Meat Church BBQ Honey Hog rub Smoked on 200ish for 5 hours until it reach 160, spraying with apple juice every so often. Then once the butt reached 160 we wrapped in foil, returned to grill and then bumped temp to 300 for about 2 more hours until pork reached 200… then let it rest in a cooler for a couple hours.
