A Traeger Grill ;-)
1 box cooked Macaroni or favorite noodle. (Don't over cook! It will be cooked more later!)
8oz bag of shredded Mozzarella
8oz bag of shredded Cheddar Jack
8oz bag of Hot Pepper Cheese
8oz bag of Swiss Cheese or Parmesan
1/2 block of Velveeta or Easy Cheese, Cubed
32oz Half and Half
1 stick of Butter, sliced or cubed
KOSMOS Q SPG, (Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
Traeger Prime Rib Rub
1 Tablespoon Dried Mustard

Preheat your Traeger to 225. I use either Hickory or Pegan Pellets.
Use an aluminum pan, pour the 1/2 of the Half and Half into the pan, place Velveeta cubes, Butter, and all the chesses into the pan. Leave enough aside to put on the top at the end.
Sprinkle the dried mustard, Kosmos Q SPG and Treager Prime Rib Rub into the pan. Enough to your liking.. (You can always add more later so don't over do it.)
Place pan into the Traeger and smoke until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly! Usually about 20-30 minutes or so.... Check half way through and mix up.
Mix in the cooked noodles. Add more Half-n-Half until you can evenly coat all noodles with the creamy cheesy goodness.
Sprinkle the remainder of cheeses on top, add Traeger Prime Rib Rub and a little more Kosmos Q SPG.
Place back on the Traeger,, bump heat to 250-275 until everything is melted, creamy and bubbly!
