Who loves SMOKED Bologna??
We made this on the Traeger with Kosmo’s Q Dirty Bird Rub and Meat Church Honey Hog Rub! Cover bologna with mustard, add your rubs. Place on traeger and smoke for 275 degrees for 3-4 hours. Then added Killer Hogs Sweet Fire Pickles with cheese and mustard on a bun! DELISH!!
