Sticky Rib Recipe
Ingredients: Baby Back Ribs 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup Kosmos Q Texas Beef Rub 1/3 cup Kosmos Q Dirty Bird Rub Apple Juice Kosmos Q Original Competition BBQ Sauce
Take silver skin off ribs. Cut ribs into individual pieces Mix brown sugar and both Kosmos rubs all together in a small bowl. Put ribs into a big bowl, cover with seasoning. Smoke Ribs for 1 hour at 225 Put ribs in foil trays with apple juice and water – seal with foil and put back on smoker at 300 for 2 hours Take ribs out of foil trays and place them back on the grill. Add bbq sauce, and brown – this step will take about 20 minutes Now eat sticky ribs!!!
